FAQ & ENGINEERING ANSWERS

Application Engineer FAQ

SCITEO's structured answers regarding physical properties, industry standards, operating procedures, and technical specifications.

Q

Can two-component cure at room temp?

A

Yes, but full cure vs. ultra-hardness differ. Room-temp cure to 90D+ takes far longer; heat-cure recommended for hardness-critical applications.

Q

Can I add filler or tint?

A

Yes. Transparent base accepts any color. Low viscosity is filler-friendly. Adjust to target flow; monitor mix ratio changes.
